Construction of the “Octava” Project
The “Octava” project is a spacious and practical house with a total area of 108 m², designed for comfortable year-round living. The layout includes three living rooms and offers a well-balanced solution for a family home, countryside residence, or investment property.
Thanks to its compact but functional dimensions of 14.2 × 9.2 m, the house provides enough space for comfortable living while remaining efficient in construction and operation.
The house is supplied as a prefabricated house kit, which allows for faster assembly, optimized logistics, and controlled quality of the main structural elements.
House Kit
The house kit includes the main wooden structural elements and materials required for the construction of the building frame.
External walls are made of timber with a section of 150 × 40 mm and are externally sheathed with EGGER OSB-3 boards. This solution provides structural stability and creates a reliable base for insulation, façade works, and exterior finishing.
Internal partitions are made of timber with sections of 150 × 40 mm and 100 × 40 mm, depending on the layout and structural requirements of the project.
The roof rafter system and floor structures are made of timber with sections of 50 × 200 mm and 150 × 40 mm, ensuring strength, rigidity, and durability of the building structure.
The kit also includes a bottom binding beam treated with bitumen primer, section 150 × 40 mm, as well as a complete set of fastening materials.
All timber is treated with antiseptic protection by immersion, which increases resistance to moisture, biological damage, and extends the service life of the structure.
Roof
The roof package includes “Classic” metal tile roofing with a thickness of 0.45 mm.
The roof system also includes Foliarex Strotex Supreme waterproofing membrane produced in Poland, battens 25 × 100 mm, counter battens 40 × 50 mm, and special roofing flashings.
This roofing solution provides reliable protection against atmospheric impact and gives the house a neat and modern appearance.
